CAN SOMEONE HELP ME FIND THE RIGHT PRODUCTS?

DO I NEED A MEDICAL CARD TO PURCHASE CANNABIS?
No. You only need a government-issued photo identification card showing that you are 21 years old or over. If you have a state-issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) from the California Department of Health Services, you will also need a government-issued photo identification card showing that you are 18 years old or over. By providing your MMIC information, your sales tax will be waived (state-required excise tax will still apply). You can find more information about obtaining an MMIC on the CDPH website.
AM I ABLE TO PURCHASE CANNABIS IF I AM VISITING CALIFORNIA?
Yes, as long as your are 21 or older and have a valid government-issued ID. However, cannabis products may only be consumed in California and may not be transported across state lines, even if you are traveling to another state where cannabis is legal.
WHEN DO YOU MAKE DELIVERIES?
We make scheduled deliveries between the hours of 9 AM – 9 PM, 7 days a week. We are closed on Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day each year.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently service a vast majority of the San Francisco Peninsula as well as a portion of the Central Valley surrounding Stockton. To see if we deliver to your address click here.
IS THERE AN ORDER MINIMUM?
Yes, there is a $50 order minimum, which includes free door-to-door delivery. Order minimum must be met after all discounts have been applied, and before applicable taxes. Please enter your zip code and see if we deliver to you!
WHAT TAXES AM I BEING CHARGED?
All orders are subject to the California Cannabis Excise Tax and may be subject to a combined sales tax. If you have a valid state-issued Medical Marijuana Identification Card (MMIC) the combined sales tax will be waived.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We gladly accept cash, debit cards*, and direct bank transfers via Stronghold or Paytender. You may sign up for a Stronghold account at checkout. For more information about Paytender click here. We do not accept credit cards or personal checks.
*Note: We cannot process Chime debit cards at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Orders are delivered in 90-minute windows. Upon placing your order, you will be able to select the window that best fits your schedule. You will receive a text message with an ETA when the driver is heading to your location.
DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 7 PM pending driver availability. Orders placed after 7 PM will be available for next-day delivery. Deliveries are made 7 days a week, from 9 AM to 9 PM.
WHERE DO I MEET MY DELIVERY DRIVER?
We gladly deliver directly to your door. If you have any special requests please let us know in the Order Notes.
MAY I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Orders are often packed for delivery within minutes after your order is received. This means we are unable to make changes to an existing order. Any additional items would need to be placed in a new order. It is possible for us to deliver multiple orders at once if placed close together. If you need to cancel or reschedule you order, please call us immediately at 650-632-5882.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
All sales are final and thus are not eligible for a cash refund. If a product is deemed broken/defective, we will gladly exchange the product for the same item within 30 days of the purchase date. If the product is no longer available on our menu, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value. To report a defective product and request an exchange, please contact us immediately. In order to request an exchange, you must return the defective item to us. Exchanges will not be made if the defective product is no longer available. In accordance with California state regulation, we are obligated to destroy any product that is returned.
IS MY INFORMATION KEPT SECURE?
WHY DO I NEED TO PROVIDE AN IMAGE OF MY ID TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
California State Law requires us to verify the age of anyone purchasing cannabis. In order to provide the best service possible we ask for an image of your ID when your account is created in order to complete your account setup.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED FOR HARMFUL CONTAMINANTS?
All products are screened in accordance with BCC regulations before touching our shelves. Products are lab tested for potency, consistency, and purity.
