Sweetleaf Collective is exclusively a donation based charity organization. Established in 1996, when the groundbreaking Proposition 215 passed in California, Sweetleaf has been providing free medical cannabis to HIV/AIDS, Cancer patients, low income terminally ill patients, veterans, and seniors in California & the Greater San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty years.

The sale of one lighter or pack of papers pays the overhead on dispensing 3.5 grams of compassionate cannabis to a local in need.
