Participating in our community. Knowing we are stronger when we come together. Remembering we are all parts of a collective whole, planting seeds of kindness.

These are things we hold dear.

Juva Delivery is a young company, but we have deep roots in both our local community and the cannabis community in Northern California.

We’re equally energized by working with other businesses in our area to support essential workers, and to work with other licensed cannabis companies to support programs such as the Sweetleaf Collective.

Sweetleaf Collective is exclusively a donation-based charity organization. Since 1996, when the groundbreaking 215 proposition passed in California, they have been providing free medical cannabis to HIV/AIDS and Cancer patients by bicycle delivery in and around the Bay Area.

On February 15th of this year, we made a commitment to support Sweetleaf and their #LightItForward campaign year-round. Why 2/15? February 15th holds an important place in the hearts of the California cannabis community as it’s the day we give thanks for the passage of Prop 215. Proposition 215, or the Compassionate Use Act of 1996, was the California law permitting the use of medical cannabis. It was enacted, on November 5, 1996, by means of the initiative process, and passed with 55.6% votes in favor.

Juva Delivery customers who order flower or pre-rolls will find a special lighter in their bag! The lighter’s purchase helped Sweetleaf Collective provide 3.5 grams of medicinal cannabis to a low income terminally ill Californian.

Sweetleaf traditionally sells these through dispensaries for $3.00 each; over the past six months, Sweetleaf’s Lighter Fundraiser has enabled the Collective to giveaway over $100,000 worth of compassionate cannabis, compliantly and legally under the new cannabis regulations put into effect by Prop 64!

As your local delivery company, we want to offer our customers a small gift that gives back. You can learn more at www.SweetleafCollective.org.

While certain dates may draw more attention to the philosophy of community, charity, and giving, Juva works to embrace this throughout the year. Our Redwood City team regularly volunteers at events hosted by the Redwood Downtown Business Association, and this past week, we were able to work closely with the Redwood City Chamber of Commerce to partner with other local businesses to provide meals to other essential workers at the Redwood City Public Works Department.

As Juva grows, we will continue to plant seeds of kindness.
